I was comparing the requirements of the UK Toys DoC with the original requirements of the EU Toys DoC. I thought this info might be useful for everyone...
As you can see they are pretty much identical with only changes related to "Brexit necessities". Although this is for toys, the pattern will be repeated for all CE marking regulations
If anyone needs help drafting the new format of DoC, or even the old format, please ask.
